Debasish Das

Debasish Das is a Senior Data Scientist at Meta since April 2025, previously serving as a Software Engineer in ML/AI at Kloudfuse and a Staff Data Scientist at Intuit. At Intuit, Debasish designed a prototype for an LLM benchmarking framework, focusing on security and safety metrics. Prior experience includes technical leadership at Cisco, where network equipment failure predictions were developed, and a Machine Learning Research Scientist role at Hitachi America, focusing on industrial equipment lifespan predictions. Debasish has also contributed to targeted advertising analytics at Verizon Wireless and research on environmental data while associated with Northeastern and Temple Universities. Debasish holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and a Master's in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Temple University, along with a Bachelor's in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from IIEST, Shibpur.
