Dhigha Sekaran

Dhigha Sekaran is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and management. At OfferUp, Dhigha served as VP and Head of Engineering, overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing user experiences and scalable infrastructure. Previous roles include Principal Development Manager at Microsoft, where Dhigha led initiatives for network services and was a founding leader of the Enterprise Real Time Communications team, contributing to a significant business growth for Microsoft. Dhigha has also held positions at Skype as Engineering Director, managing consumer calling services, and currently serves as Senior Director of Engineering at Meta, focusing on content creation and new experiences in multimedia. As a Board Executive and Founder Member of Indus Creations, Dhigha engages in media production, while also advising and investing in Major League Cricket to promote the sport in the US. Dhigha's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, a Master's degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University, and an executive leadership program at Stanford University.
