Dillon Szyper

Dillon Szyper has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement, beginning with a role as Compliance Assistant Intern and Buyer at PROPACIFIC FRESH from 2014 to 2015, where responsibilities included vendor negotiation and procurement of specialty produce. Dillon then held positions at Milestone Technologies, Inc. from January 2017 to March 2020, serving as New Builds Procurement Specialist and Order & Fulfillment Specialist for Facebook, successfully processing thousands of purchase orders and managing supplier relationships. Dillon continued as a New Builds Procurement Specialist at Astreya from March 2020 to June 2021, overseeing procurement for Facebook IT projects. Since July 2021, Dillon has been a Supply Chain Analyst focused on Product Lifecycle Management at Meta. Dillon earned a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Business from California State University, Chico, in 2015.
