Duncan McCrae

Duncan McCrae is a seasoned product manager and co-founder with extensive experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence across prominent technology companies. Currently, Duncan serves as a Product Manager for AI/ML at Meta, focusing on implementing advanced AI models for Instagram. Previously, Duncan held significant roles at Snap Inc. and Twitter, where responsibilities included leading the development of core product personalization systems and machine learning ranking features. As a co-founder of Abstract AI, Duncan is in the process of innovating customer-brand interactions in e-commerce. Prior co-founding experience includes Presto AI, which was successfully acquired by Medallia-Zingle. Duncan holds a B.S. with Honors in Statistics and Operations, as well as a joint major in Marketing from The Wharton School.
