Elisa Chan

Elisa Chan has extensive experience in product strategy, operations, and implementation, currently serving as a Program Manager for Product Strategy and Operations at Meta since April 2021. In this role, Elisa manages a portfolio of data collection programs and collaborates with various teams to enhance machine learning models critical to business operations. Prior to this, Elisa held positions at Lever, where responsibilities included Senior Implementation Consultant and Product Operations Manager, and at Facebook as a Product Marketing Manager, overseeing the launch of over 30 products and processes during a significant growth phase. Elisa's career also includes earlier roles as a Technical Recruiter at Medallia and a Design Research Intern at Karten Design. Elisa holds a BA in Sociology, Globalization, and Urban Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles.
