Emily Coates, PhD, has a distinguished background in biomedical research and clinical development, with extensive experience at prestigious institutions. At the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), key roles included Director of Translational Science, where Emily directed preclinical-to-clinical translations for over 35 novel antibody and vaccine products and facilitated numerous INDs. Previous positions involved significant contributions to clinical trials as a Clinical Research Scientist and Team Lead in the Vaccine Research Center. Additional experience includes a Fulbright Scholarship in Malawi and a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institutes of Health.
