Eric Charles Roth

Eric Charles Roth has extensive experience in privacy, cyber security, and data protection, holding various roles in notable organizations. Notably, Eric served as Senior Consultant at DLA Piper from August 2016 to April 2018 and as Data Privacy Consultant at Sunera LLC from July 2015 to August 2016. Eric worked at Sony Music Entertainment as Associate Director of Business and Legal Affairs and Privacy Counsel from April 2018 to April 2021, later transitioning to the role of Director in the same department. Eric's legal experience includes internships at Thaker Berowitz LLP, Lincoln Square Legal Services, and Dansker and Aspromonte LLP. Eric also gained valuable experience as a Graduate Fellow at the Office of the New York State Attorney General between August 2014 and July 2015. Academically, Eric holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, a BA in Philosophy and Humanism from McGill University, and has participated in study abroad programs in Spanish and International Politics at Universidad Nebrija.
