Erik Moga is an experienced leader in research and innovation, currently serving as the Director and Head of Research for Messenger at Meta since March 2018, where efforts focus on enhancing user experience for nearly 3 billion users globally. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Financial Health Programs at IDEO.org, managing a $5M initiative to develop software tools for low-income Americans, and leading the Global Insights and Research team at Square during its growth to over 2,000 employees. Erik has a robust background in interdisciplinary collaboration from work at IDEO on various high-profile projects, and significant fundraising success at New York University School of Law. Educational credentials include an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a dual BA/BM from the University of Michigan.
