Erin Smith, PhD, has extensive experience in health research and user experience (UX) research. As a Graduate Research Assistant at Northern Michigan University and a Graduate Student in Health Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University, Erin developed skills in behavioral health research. At the Institute for Medicaid Innovation, Erin led projects examining Medicaid programs and initiated the Annual Medicaid Managed Care Organization Survey. At Gartner, Erin served as Senior Principal in Research and Quantitative Analytics, focusing on client services for Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies. Most recently, Erin held positions at Meta as a Senior Mixed Methods and Quantitative UX Researcher, contributing to company-wide surveys and enhancing quantitative analysis for executive audiences.
