Ernest Cruz

Ernest Cruz, MBA, PMP, has extensive experience in operations and management, with a notable career at the US Navy from July 1997 to March 2021, where roles included Executive Director, Director of Operations, Engineering Manager, and Command Master Chief. During this time, Ernest oversaw the training and certification of over 500 students annually at a nuclear power plant, significantly improving student certification rates and mentoring senior managers in nuclear operations. Since March 2021, Ernest has served as a Data Center Operations Manager at Meta, focusing on developing proactive maintenance programs to enhance the reliability of critical data center systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational procedures. Ernest holds a degree from Western Governors University.
