Eshelle Young

Eshelle Young is an experienced Employee Relations professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Senior Manager at Meta since March 2020, Eshelle leads a team supporting the Infrastructure organization. Previous roles include Director of Talent Programs & Employee Relations at Sunrun and Senior Employee Relations Manager at the same company, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and conducting investigations. Eshelle's career also includes significant positions at Shell, GE Oil & Gas, and GE HealthCare, with extensive experience in labor relations, employee management, and strategic HR initiatives. Eshelle holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Howard University.
