Fas Lebbie

Fas Lebbie, Ph.D., is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience, product design, and civic innovation. At Finicity, Fas served as a Senior UX/Product Designer, optimizing user experiences for over 22 million consumers. As a Design & Research Director at Consumer Reports, Fas consulted on innovative product initiatives, while currently leading as the Director and Founder of Root Foundation, focused on sustainable mining and community support in Africa. Fas also founded FAS PROJECTS, a nonprofit aiding orphans in Sierra Leone. Other notable roles include Senior Product Designer at PTC, Design Manager at Meta overseeing multiple product portfolios, and Graduate Teaching Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University, where Fas fosters the next generation of designers.
