As the Founder and CEO of Sugar, a venture-backed technology company, Fatima leads the development of a platform that fosters community connections. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager at Procter & Gamble, Creative Director at Goldbrew, and Advisor at #BUILTBYGIRLS, emphasizing a commitment to innovation and supporting women in technology. Fatima has also contributed as an Investment Partner at XFactor Ventures, focusing on funding female-founded companies. With a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, Fatima currently holds a Product Manager position at Meta and serves on the Advisory Board for Columbia University’s Department of Chemical Engineering.
