Fernando Lores

Fernando Lores is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in UI architecture and development. Currently employed at Meta since November 2019, Fernando previously held significant roles, including Lead Software Architect at LendingClub from October 2014 to October 2019, where achievements included the growth of the UI engineering team from 1 to over 60 engineers, the issuance of three patents, and the implementation of pivotal systems such as a headless CMS. Fernando's earlier positions include technical leadership roles at Salesforce and PlayStation, contributing to major projects like the Dreamforce application and the PlayStation Network user registration. With a strong foundation in various technologies including Node.js, React, and Docker, Fernando has made impactful contributions to both frontend and backend architectures across multiple organizations. Fernando holds a degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a high school diploma from the Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires.
