Frank Wu

Frank Wu is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design across leading technology companies. Starting as a User Experience Designer at Trend Micro, Frank facilitated essential usability testing and user-centered design training. Subsequent roles included UX Manager at Amazon, where Frank built a team and launched global retail initiatives, and Senior Design Lead at Microsoft, where key features of Visual Studio were developed. Frank further advanced as Product Design Manager at Flexport, empowering design teams and managing substantial product roadmaps. Currently, as Senior Product Design Manager at Meta, Frank leads design initiatives for monetization products, including the Meta AI Business Assistant. Frank holds a Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction from Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Tsinghua University.
