Gary Soland has extensive experience in finance and business operations, beginning as a Finance Intern at Morgan Stanley in July 2015. Following this role, Gary served as a Business Operations Analyst at Boeing from May 2016 to June 2017, where responsibilities included leading labor report meetings and developing analyses for contract proposals. Advancing within Boeing, Gary held various roles, including Senior Data Analyst, where recognition from the CFO was received for the development of Tableau dashboards enhancing financial reporting efficiencies. As a Data Analyst, contributions included data mining and creating predictive models. Currently, as a Business Operations Analyst at Meta since February 2025, Gary continues to leverage analytical skills in supporting financial initiatives.
