Gary Ting is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across multiple organizations. Notable roles include serving as Staff Product Designer at Etsy, where significant improvements were made to Trust & Safety Infrastructure and customer service experiences, resulting in enhanced efficiency and reduced fraud-related refunds. Prior experience includes positions at Wealthfront Inc. and Google, where Gary drove user acquisition and designed key features for mobile and web platforms. Additionally, Gary has a foundational background in UX/UI design through Gary Ting Design, and a solid project management foundation from Build It Green. Gary holds a BS in Business and Marketing from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.
