Hanmei Yang

Hanmei Yang possesses a strong background in computer science and engineering, with experience gained through roles at prominent organizations, including ByteDance and Meta. As a ByteDance Research Intern, Hanmei investigated memory allocation strategies for mobile inference frameworks and implemented performance analysis. At the University of Massachusetts Amherst, roles as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant involved optimizing memory management and execution performance for various computing architectures. Prior experience as a Quantitative Trading Researcher and Software Developer at Block Pulse Digital Asset Management Co., Ltd. included conducting quantitative analysis of Bitcoin and developing live trading strategy applications. Hanmei holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Southern University of Science and Technology and is pursuing a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
