Heather Grave is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in technical recruiting. At Meta, from October 2017 to May 2023, Heather served as a Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on Data Science/Product, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting, innovative sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation. As a Technical Sourcer at Meta, success in exceeding hiring goals led to a promotion to a full-time position.
