Helena Duong

Helena Duong is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in network infrastructure and procurement. Currently serving as Director and Associate General Counsel at Meta since March 2021, Helena previously held the position of Associate General Counsel in Network Infrastructure at Facebook from March 2017 to March 2021. Prior to these roles, Helena gained valuable expertise as Vice President of Procurement, Legal at Tata Communications from December 2014 to March 2017, and as Legal Counsel at Telstra International Limited, Reach Global Services Limited, and Telstra. Helena began the legal career as a Lawyer at Mallesons Stephen Jaques from 2001 to 2004. Helena holds a degree from the University of Melbourne, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
