Henrique Marques

Henrique Marques has extensive experience in sales and customer success, currently serving as the Head of Business Messaging for Latam at Meta since June 2025. Prior to this role, Henrique held the position of Sales & Customer Success Director at Sinch, where responsibilities included managing sales teams, optimizing KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise customer growth. Henrique's career also includes significant roles at LinkedIn, overseeing regional sales and team development, and Hays, where strategic sales initiatives were implemented. Earlier experience includes positions at Deloitte and as a Finance Analyst at X-Rite. Henrique holds degrees from ISE Business School in Influence Strategies and Conflict Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade Bandeirantes de São Paulo.
