I-Sheng Yang

I-Sheng Yang is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Notable positions include Data Scientist at Meta since November 2021, Manager of Data Science at Aviva Canada, and Data Science Manager at LoyaltyOne. I-Sheng's academic background is robust, holding a PhD in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Physics from National Taiwan University. Additionally, I-Sheng has contributed to research as a Postdoctoral Fellow at both the Perimeter Institute of Theoretical Physics and the Canadian Institute of Theoretical Astrophysics, as well as at Columbia University and the University of Amsterdam. Skills and knowledge are further enhanced through ongoing education in a Deep Learning Nanodegree from Udacity. Prior to a career in data science, I-Sheng served as a Second Lieutenant in the Army of the Republic of China, Taiwan.
