Ilona Murynets

Ilona Murynets possesses extensive experience in technology leadership and security architecture with a strong focus on machine learning and data science applications. At Bloomberg LP, Ilona served as a Tech Architect, contributing to the security technology roadmap, enhancing system and network security, and conducting research on advanced security techniques. Previous roles at AT&T involved the development of big data machine learning algorithms for fraud detection and the invention of automated security solutions. Additionally, Ilona has experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow and has held various positions that included mentoring PhD students and hosting workshops. Ilona holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master's Degree in Statistics, Financial & Actuarial Mathematics from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. Current employment as a Security Engineer at Meta continues to leverage Ilona's expertise in security.
