Ira Rajan

Ira Rajan is an experienced professional in instructional design and training management, currently serving as Associate Content Director at NIIT since November 2018. Ira has also been a Learning Design Consultant at Meta since August 2023, focusing on training strategy and needs analysis. Previous roles include Sr. Instructional Design Consultant at Accenture, Sr. Instructional Designer at GENPACT, and Training Consultant at Astrix Media Communications. Ira's early experience involved training management at Max Life Insurance Company Limited and Max New York Life. Ira holds a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute, an MBA from IPM - Meerut, and a graduate degree in Instructional Design from The George Washington University.
