Jacklyn Doig-Keys

Jacklyn Doig-Keys is an experienced educator and policy manager with a diverse background in social studies and curriculum development. Jacklyn served as the Social Studies Department Chair and High School Social Studies Teacher at Democracy Prep Public Schools from August 2013 to August 2015, and then as a Founding Teacher at Washington Leadership Academy Public Charter School from July 2016 to June 2018. Prior experience includes a role as a Social Studies Teacher and corps member with Teach For America from 2009 to 2011 and working as a Curriculum Developer for McKinsey Social Initiative from January 2016 to September 2018. Recently, Jacklyn held positions as Reality Labs Policy Manager and Safety Policy Manager for Youth at Meta in April 2025. Jacklyn holds a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Fordham University, a Master’s Degree in Global Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Historical Studies from the University of Bristol.
