Janine Clancy

Janine (Doyle) Clancy is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in internal recruiting and program management. Currently serving as the Internal Talent Recruiting and Redeployment Manager at Meta since January 2017, Janine is a founding member of the Global Internal Talent Recruiting Leadership team, overseeing a team of over 20 partners and contributing to approximately 30% of North America's business hiring. Prior experiences include roles at Facebook, where Janine was involved in internal recruiting and the establishment of the first centralized employee referral program for EMEA locations, as well as strategic sourcing for university graduates. Before that, Janine worked at McKinsey & Company as a Northeast Office Recruiter, managing recruiting strategies for advanced degree candidates, and at Merrill Lynch, where Janine launched a specialized PhD recruiting program for Global Markets.
