Jared Van Cleave is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and project management. From October 2013 to April 2017, Jared served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Stratos Product Development, working with clients across various sectors including virtual reality and healthcare. Currently, since July 2017, Jared holds the position of Product Design Engineering Manager at Meta, leading the development of innovative AR Glasses. Prior to these roles, Jared worked at Cardica, Inc. as a Staff Research & Development Engineer and Machine Shop Manager, where groundbreaking minimally invasive surgical devices were invented. Additionally, Jared gained project management experience as an Assistant Project Manager at JE Dunn Construction, overseeing mechanical and electrical installations.
