Jean Yang is a skilled product designer with a diverse experience spanning various roles across multiple companies. At Evernote, Jean contributed to the successful integration of the Evernote Task feature and collaborated on core feature development, resulting in a 10% increase in usage. Currently, as a Senior Product Designer at LegalZoom, Jean spearheaded the design of a messaging tool that significantly improved customer satisfaction, as evidenced by a 75-point increase in customer NPS, and led the rapid launch of a financial management app for small businesses.
