Jeesmon Jacob is an experienced Atmospheric Science Specialist and Air Quality Scientist with a background in climate change risk assessment and resilience projects. Currently, Jeesmon is contributing to AI development at Meta by improving large language model performance through data annotation. Previous roles include developing local climate profiles and adaptation strategies at AECOM, participating in cloud seeding projects at Technoculture Research Pvt. Ltd. and as a Research Associate, and conducting dissertation research on climate models at the National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research. Jeesmon holds a Master of Geographic Information Systems from the University of Calgary and a Master's degree in Meteorology from Cochin University of Science and Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
