Jeffery Barron has extensive experience in retail and human resources management, having held key leadership positions at Target, The Home Depot, Staples, and Enjoy Technology, Inc. At Target, Jeffery served as an Executive Team Leader in various capacities, including Human Resources, Sales Floor, and Logistics, where responsibilities encompassed team management, talent development, and day-to-day operations oversight. Prior experience at The Home Depot included management roles in front-end operations and various departments. At Enjoy Technology, Inc., Jeffery managed a market team, focusing on performance recognition and developmental guidance. Currently, Jeffery holds the position of People Operations Market Captain at Meta, overseeing operations in Oklahoma and South Texas.
