Jen Morrow

Jen Morrow has extensive experience in user experience and product design, having held various roles across prominent technology companies. Morrow began a career at NASA Ames Research Center as a Usability Analysis/Interface Design intern, later transitioning to roles such as Interaction Design Lead at Google and User Experience Lead at Reddit and Mozilla. In subsequent positions at Amazon Lab126 and currently at Meta, Morrow has focused on UX leadership, managing design teams and contributing to the development of VR Design Systems and accessibility in virtual reality. Morrow holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a double major in Communication Design and Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University.
