Jerry Chen

Jerry (Guoqiang) Chen is an experienced software engineer with a focus on machine learning systems and routing software. Since December 2010, Jerry has been with Meta, contributing to the development of PyTorch and leading the initiative to create a personalization system that enhances various platforms such as Ads and Facebook Feed. Prior to Meta, Jerry held positions at Tabula as Technical Lead for the Routing group, at Magma Design Automation as Senior Manager of Product Development, and was part of the founding team at Rio Design Automation. Jerry's extensive experience also includes roles at Stretch Inc and Synopsys, specializing in FPGA software development and engineering. Jerry holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Peking University and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
