Jessica Johnson

Jessica Johnson is a seasoned program management professional with extensive experience in workforce management and onboarding programs. At Facebook, Jessica served as Lead Program Manager, developing training programs for over 8,000 Software Engineers annually. Currently, as Senior Manager for Headcount Management Products at Meta, Jessica oversees a team that implements tooling strategies for workforce management across the organization. Previous roles include Principal Manager at Kaiser Permanente, where Jessica led digital workplace strategies and large-scale organizational change initiatives, and the founding of GenKP, a business resource group focused on workforce demographic transitions. Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship, a Master of Science in Health Care Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from California State University-East Bay and the University of California, Berkeley.
