Jianwei Tu has extensive experience in software engineering, having worked at leading technology companies including Amazon, Uber, Snap Inc., and Meta. At Amazon from October 2014 to June 2016, Jianwei focused on the development of payment processing engines within the Payments Platform team. Following this role, Jianwei contributed to the design and implementation of a scalable Incentives Platform at Uber from June 2016 to January 2017. At Snap Inc. from January 2017 to June 2023, Jianwei served as a Software Engineer and Tech Lead, developing reliable distributed systems to enhance user growth while utilizing data-driven methodologies to boost user retention through AB testing. Currently, Jianwei is employed as a Software Engineer in the Monetization team at Meta since November 2023. Jianwei holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
