Jing Tien is an experienced product designer and interaction designer with a robust background in user experience and design management. At SRI International, Jing led user experience initiatives for artificial intelligence products in education and banking. Subsequent roles at Freckle Education and Meta involved significant contributions, including generating revenue through prototypes and creating design systems that improved operational efficiency. Jing's earlier experience includes research and design work at Bell Labs and Carnegie Mellon, where projects focused on context-aware mobile devices and data visualization. Jing holds a BA and BS in Psychology and Information Technology from Rutgers University and an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University.
