Jo Lam

Jo Lam is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX/UI and product design across various industries. At Platfora, Jo served as a Senior UI Designer, contributing to the successful launch of five major product releases within three years for a big data analytics platform. Jo continued to excel as Experience Design Lead at Airbnb, focusing on enhancing the data experience and optimizing user interaction with machine learning applications. Following that, Jo worked as a Senior Product Designer at Workday, where six enterprise data analytics products were designed, before becoming a Product Design Lead at Meta, specializing in advertiser experience within the monetization sector. With a strong educational background that includes multiple degrees from the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, Jo has demonstrated a commitment to creating compelling and user-centric design solutions.
