Joe Moak is an experienced product design engineer and entrepreneur with a strong background in hardware design and engineering. Joe co-founded Joy, serving as the SVP of Product and advisor, where responsibilities included leading hardware design efforts. At Matter™, Joe functioned as Chief Engineer, building and managing the Design Engineering discipline. As the Founder and Chief Engineer at Maestro PD, Joe focuses on delivering premium design engineering services. Currently, as a Senior Product Architect at Meta, Joe develops new technologies and product architectures. Previous roles include leadership positions at Seismic, Human, Inc., Black Diamond Equipment, St. Jude Medical, NeuroPace, Apple, and Sonos, contributing to innovative product designs across various industries such as consumer electronics and medical devices. Joe holds a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
