Joke Durnez

Joke Durnez is an accomplished data engineer and scientist with extensive experience in data integrity and analysis. At Meta, from September 2020 to July 2022, Joke held multiple roles including Senior Data Engineer within the Cross-Meta Integrity team, as well as positions focused on Central Integrity and Instagram. Prior to Meta, Joke worked as a Data Scientist/Data Engineer at OpenLattice from March 2018 to September 2020 and served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Inria and Stanford University between November 2016 and March 2018. Academically, Joke earned a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and a Master’s degree in Statistical Data Analysis, both from Ghent University, contributing a strong foundation in research and data-driven methodologies.
