Jon Beardsley has extensive experience in mechanical engineering and product design, serving as a Senior Product Design Engineer and Product Design Engineer at Meta from August 2021 to August 2024. Prior to this role, Jon worked as a Mechanical Engineer II at Insight Global from May 2020 to August 2021 and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at PicoBrew Inc. from June 2017 to May 2020. From September 2014 to June 2017, Jon contributed as a Mechanical Engineer to the GM Sponsored UW EcoCAR 3 Competition, focusing on CAD modeling, finite element analysis, thermal and structural analysis, as well as dynamics and controls design and simulation. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
