Joycelyn Ng is an experienced product manager with a diverse background across multiple tech companies. At Atlassian, Joycelyn served as an Associate Product Manager Intern, focusing on enhancing user engagement for Jira Service Management. Previous experience includes a role as a Samsung Experience Consultant, where Joycelyn successfully launched data-driven campaigns and significantly boosted customer satisfaction and product success rates.
