Justin Gianchand has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in submarine cable systems and network management. From August 2014 to July 2018, Justin held the position of Manager for Submarine and Global Capacity Business at MTN in Dubai. Following this role, Justin served as Senior Manager for Submarine Cable Systems at MTN GlobalConnect until January 2023. Currently, Justin works as a Network Investment Manager at Meta. Prior to these roles, Justin was employed at Telkom as Manager of Global Sales and Support and as a Network Administrator for Submarine Cables. Justin holds a BSc(Hons) in Electronic Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Leadership from the University of South Africa.
