Justine Morrison (Mullen) has extensive experience in human resources and project management, having served as a Regional HR Generalist at DS Waters, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and performance management for over 550 employees. At Meta, Justine held multiple senior managerial roles focused on process and product solutions within People Services. Previous positions include Manager of Implementation & Transformation at Alexander Mann Solutions, where Justine led recruitment process outsourcing projects for major clients and was instrumental in strategic planning and technology integration. Justine also worked as an Implementation Consultant at SilkRoad Technology, specializing in the delivery of SaaS products for HR systems, and as a Senior HR Specialist at Aon, managing university recruitment initiatives across North America. Justine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Art from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame.
