Juwon Lee is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in people analytics and workforce strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Data Scientist in People Products at Meta, Juwon previously held significant roles, including Lead of Human Capital Data and Analytics at Success Academy Charter Schools, where automated dashboards were created to enhance efficiency and improve employee data quality. With a robust academic foundation, including a Ph.D. in Social Psychology with a minor in Quantitative Psychology from The University of Kansas, Juwon has successfully managed large-scale projects, conducted advanced statistical analyses, and collaborated with various stakeholders to provide actionable insights that drive talent strategy and improve organizational performance.
