Kaiya Waddell

Kaiya Waddell has extensive experience in political and non-profit sectors, serving in various capacities since 2006. From May 2006 to July 2006, Waddell worked as a Research and Outreach Fellow at Napa Valley Economic Development Corporation. Following this role, Waddell held multiple positions at EMILY's List from August 2008 to November 2009, including Assistant to the Majority Council Director and National Events Coordinator. Waddell further progressed to NGP Software as the Political Action Committee & Non-profit Team Manager from February 2010 to July 2012. In the subsequent years, Waddell worked at Facebook from January 2019 to February 2021, eventually becoming the Head of Government, Politics, and Non-profit Marketing Partnerships for Asia-Pacific. Since March 2021, Waddell has been the Director of Government & Social Impact for Asia-Pacific at Meta, where leadership involves collaborating with governments and organizations to leverage Meta's products for positive societal impact.
