Kallol Das

Kallol Das is an experienced software engineer with a solid background in technology development and machine learning. At Intel Corporation, from January 2020 to February 2022, Kallol proposed and designed an automated monitoring and recovery system that significantly reduced support team workload, and developed a prototype monitoring agent to enhance system reliability. Additionally, Kallol worked on camera management API and machine learning pipelines for Intel SceneScape. Currently, Kallol serves as a software engineer in machine learning at Meta since February 2024. Kallol also has a research background from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, where project work on machine learning models for rainfall prediction led to noteworthy improvements in accuracy. Kallol holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Leading University, Sylhet, Bangladesh, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
