Kang (Kevin) Tan is an experienced RF engineering professional with a strong background in developing and managing RF hardware projects across several leading technology companies. Beginning a career at Motorola Mobile Devices as a Senior RF Engineer, Kang led mobile phone design and performance tasks for various RF communication technologies. Kang then progressed to Intel Mobile Communication as a Staff Engineer, focusing on RF engine and reference platform design, before assuming the role of RF OTA/System Engineer at Apple, working on radio coexistence for iPad and iPhone projects. In 2020, Kang joined Meta as an RF Hardware Design Manager, currently leading the RF team to innovate and develop cutting-edge products. Earlier experience includes a Senior R&D Engineer position at Venture Corporation PTE LTD and a Test Engineer role for Cisco WLAN products. Kang holds a degree from the National University of Singapore.
