Karla Allen

Karla Allen is an accomplished administrative professional with extensive experience across diverse industries. Since December 2021, Karla has served as an Executive Administrative Partner in the Legal department at Meta. Additionally, as a Founding Member of the National Association of Black Administrative Professionals since March 2021, Karla plays a key role in advocating for the advancement of administrative professionals. Prior roles include Executive Coordinator to the CEO and CFO at CAVA, Executive Assistant for Global Loyalty at Marriott International, and various executive support positions at Discovery Inc. and other organizations. Karla also founded a virtual assistant service, Ubiquitous Inc., focusing on administrative support.
