Kathleen Roberts

Kathleen Roberts is a seasoned recruiter with a strong background in university recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior University Recruiter for AI Research at Meta, Kathleen previously held multiple roles at the same company, including University Recruiter for both Infrastructure and Analytics. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Campus Recruiter and Campus Recruiter at Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP, as well as a Trip Manager at Tournesol Travel and an Associate at Valerie Frederickson & Company. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Arizona State University, where studies were completed between 2007 and 2011, following a high school education at Leland High School from 2003 to 2007.
