Kathy Chang

Kathy Chang currently serves as the lead for Meta Payments Partnerships in the APAC region, where responsibility includes overseeing core payments and strategic partnerships within the payment ecosystem. With a career spanning over two decades, Kathy co-founded Strategic Access Pte Ltd, a recruitment consultancy specializing in senior-level banking recruitment, and previously held key positions at Schroders International Merchant Bank, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Mastercard, focusing on debt instruments, HR advisory roles, and merchant development across Asia Pacific. Kathy holds a dual degree in Commerce and Law from The Australian National University.
