Katy Bowman

Katy Bowman has extensive experience in recruitment and consulting within the technology and marketing sectors. Beginning with NBCUniversal, Inc. as a PR & Marketing Executive in 2013, Katy then transitioned to TEKsystems as an IT Infrastructure & Software Development Consultant from 2015 to 2017, where responsibility included building relationships with IT professionals and clients. Following this, Katy worked as a Technology Recruiter at Expedia Group from September 2017 to November 2018, before advancing to Meta in November 2018, where roles included Machine Learning Recruiter and ML/AI Recruiting Lead for the EMEA region until December 2021. Education includes a BA Hons from Bournemouth University, completed in 2015, following studies in English Literature, Economics, Business Studies, and Critical Thinking at Farnborough Sixth Form College.
